ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government has launched a specialportal to help the overseas Pakistanis who have lost their jobs abroad andfacing difficulties.
Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis Zulfi Bukharishared the link while explaining that through the platform, returningPakistanis would be able to apply for re-employment abroad, certifiedtraining and can also register for financial assistance from the government.

It is pertinent to note that due to the global pandemic thousands ofPakistanis working abroad have returned home unemployed.
According to the sources, Bukahri had earlier said that nearly 200,000Pakistanis working abroad have become unemployed due to the coronavirus.
