Taliban promised to provide safety to foreign diplomates and aidorganizations following the temporary closure announcement of theAustralian embassy.
“The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan assures all foreign diplomats and staffof humanitarian organizations that (we) will not pose any threats to them,”Taliban spokesman Mohammad Naeem told AFP.

The announcement that the Australian embassy will be closed in Kabul is dueto an increasingly uncertain security situation, but the embassy may soonopen until the situation permits.
The closure report of an embassy in comes after US and NATO confirmed towithdraw from Afghanistan.
The security situation in the country is so intense that Afghan securityagencies on Tuesday said the Taliban attacks have raged and at least 104districts across the country have been attacked by the Taliban in the past24 hours, a seven percent increase of violence since last year.
Head of National Directorate of Security Ahmad Zia Saraj during his speechat the Afghan parliament said that Afghan government forces are preparedand determined, “the enemy got inflicted with heavy casualties” and nofurther strength is left in them.
Saraj stressed that nothing has changed Pakistan’s intention in haltingsupports to “terrorism” and attacks in Afghanistan.
“We must settle our internal issues and empower ourselves and this willprevent Pakistan’s interference in Afghanistan”, the NDS chief said.
During the hearing acting Interior Minister, Hayatullah Hayat said thatregional intelligence agencies are behind the current war in Afghanistanand that MoI is fully prepared to coordinate with the Ministry of Defenseand NDS.

VOA reported that the Taliban has no intention of declaring a ceasefireunless issues are not overcome during intra-Afghan talks.
This comes as violence has intensified across Afghanistan, more than onehundred thousand Afghans have reportedly been displaced because of theongoing skirmish in the region.
