In India, farmers are observing Black Day on Wednesday to mark six monthsof agitation against three controversial agricultural laws introduced bythe Modi government.

A leader of Bharatiya Kisan Union leader, Rakesh Tikait said that peopleare protesting by putting black flags outside their homes against Indiangovernment’s controversial agricultural laws.

Earlier, twelve major opposition parties including Congress had extendedtheir support to the farmers’ protest against Modi government.
