Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshilink, on the specialinstructions of Prime Minister Imran Khanlink, Monday leftfor Turkey on an extensive diplomatic mission to draw global attentiontowards the fast-deteriorating situation in Palestine.
The foreign minister, along with foreign ministers of Sudan, Palestine andTurkey would, then leave for New York.
The foreign minister will also address an emergency session of the UnitedNations General Assembly (UNGA) to reiterate Pakistan’s support for theoppressed Palestinians.
Foreign minister Qureshi would hold important meetings with different keyfigures in New York, a press release said.
He would also talk to local and international media and present Pakistan’sstance over the situation in Palestine.
