ISLAMABAD –The Supreme Court full bench tied the verdict on the reviewpetition of Justice Qazi Faez Isa against the presidential reference whileaccepted his wife’s review petitions by 6-4.

The verdict was tied with 5-5. Justice Umar Atta Bandial, Justice MuneebAkhtar, Justice Qazi Ameen and Justice Sajjad Ali Shah wrote the dissentnote, while Justice Yahya Afridi dismissed the petition.

Moreover, the court also accepted the review petitions of the lawyersorganizations.
