In India, over four thousand pilots including those associated withnational flag carrier Air India are being investigated for having fakepilot licences.

In a statement, India’s Secretary of Aviation Naseem Zaidi said many pilotsassociated with Air India, Indigo and MDLR airlines have been arrested onthe charge of having fake licences.
