Karachi: Uncertainty surrounding the matter of resignations from theparties in Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) seems to be over afterPakistan People’s Party (PPP) asked all its legislators to hand inresignations.

Just a few days before PDM’s protest rally at Lahore, PPP seems to havemade up its mind on the matter of resigning from assemblies and senate. Allmembers of National Assembly, Senate and most importantly, Sindhgovernment, have been asked to hand in their resignations.

Earlier in the week, PDM could not agree on the matter of resignations.Finally, Maulana Fazlur Rehman announced that all lawmakers from the 11member alliance, will hand over their resignations to their party heads, tobe used at the right time.
