Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has congratulated all Afghan partieson reaching agreement on rules and procedures in Doha.

In a tweet on Thursday, he said this is another welcome step towards anegotiated settlement.

He said Pakistan fully supports Intra-Afghan Negotiations for an inclusive,broad-based and comprehensive political settlement.
