Islamabad: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has filed a referenceagainst Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Ahsan Iqbal in NarowalSports City Complex case.
According to details, it has been stated in the reference that PML-N leadermisused his authority and had spent the funds of federal government on aprovincial project.
Former Director-General (DG) Sports Akhtar Nawaz, Officer of Ministry ofPlanning Asif Shaikh, Sarfraz Rasool and Muhammad Ahmed are also namedamong accused.
On December 23, 2019, PML-N’s Ahsan Iqbal was arrested by NAB in NarowalSports City Complex case.
