PML N lawmaker called former PM Nawaz Sharif mentally sick

Lahore: Jalil Sharaqpur, who was ousted from the Pakistan MuslimLeague-Nawaz for meeting Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar, on Thursdayslammed former prime minister Nawaz Sharif over targeting institutions andadvised him to go for mental checkup.

Addressing a press conference, he condemned the statements made by PML-Nleader Ayaz Sadiq and Nawaz Sharif. He said that fiery statements made fromthe platforms of All Parties Conference and PDM’s Quetta rally are notfavourable for both PML-N and Pakistan.

“Besides being physically ill, Nawaz Sharif is also mentally ill,” he said.

He demanded that Shehbaz Sharif or any person, who is better, should begiven the reins of the party.

Responding to Nawaz Sharif’s current catchphrase “Vote ko izzat do” [giverespect to vote], he said that public voted Imran Khan to power and thePML-N supremo should respect it.

He said that Maryam Nawaz is like their sister but punishment on mistakeshould be given indiscriminately.
