China says United States is trying to incite instability with proposedorders to block Xinjiang imports.

Speaking at a daily news conference in Beijing today (Wednesday), ChineseForeign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said U.S. has no right orqualification to intervene.

He said U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials have prepared ordersto block imports of cotton and tomato products from Xinjiang overallegations-dismissed by China.
