Prime Minister Imran Khan says unfortunately no attention have been paid toresolve the multiple problems being face by the Karachiites like provisionof clean water, sewerage, solid waste management, cleaning of nullahs andtransport in the past.
Chairing a high-level meeting regarding Karachi Transformation Plan inIslamabad on Thursday, he said recent rains besides exposing administrativelacunas, have caused immense difficulties for the people of the city andthe federal government is fully cognizant of the fact.
Talking about Transformation Plan, the Prime Minister said that anempowered and effective system is being formulated to ensure timelyimplementation of various projects.
