The management of the Masjid al-Haram, or the Great Mosque of Makkah inSaudi Arabia, said on Tuesday that a specialized team of Saudi men made anew record of cleaning the Holy Kaaba’s roof in just 40 minutes.

The Masjid al-Haram’s management — officially known as the GeneralPresidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosquesaid on Twitter that Saudi experts completed the cleaning of the roof ofthe Holy Kaaba in just 40 minutes, which was “a record”.

Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz al-Sudais, the Presidency of the Two HolyMosques, headed by the Imam-e-Kaaba also shared the photos during thecleaning process on social media.

To continue the process of cleaning the Holy Kaaba, the Saudi-ledadministration has vowed to perform the duty the same as ever. Moreover,many programs have also been set up for the cleaning of the Holy Kaaba.
