Former fast bowler, Shoaib Akhtar, has revealed that Pakistan Cricket Board(PCB) has already communicated to Misbah-ul-Haq that he will be relieved ofhis duties after the series against South Africa.
Akhtar added that the rest of the management, including bowling coach,Waqar Younis, will also be removed from their posts. However, battingcoach, Younis Khan, will continue in his role.——————————

Akhtar said PCB has already approached Andy Flower to become the new headcoach of the national team. He said that Flower will take on the role afterserving his role with Multan Sultans in PSL 6. He said that Flower cannotbe inducted immediately due to his responsibilities as head coach of thePSL franchise.
Akhtar lashed out at PCB for appointing a mediocre head coach inMisbah-ul-Haq and claimed that PCB appointed him in the first place toshift the blame from their shoulders. Akhtar added that PCB themselves area mediocre organization, who only work to earn a paycheck and save theirjobs. They have no interest in taking Pakistan cricket to the next level.——————————

Akhtar also lashed out at Waqar Younis. Akhtar said that Waqar needs to actas a coach and remember that he is not a player anymore and needs to growup. Akhtar added that Waqar is not one of the boys anymore, and does notseem interested in grooming younger players. He also said that Waqar isonly working to save his job.
Akhtar revealed that Andy Flower would bring in his management team,including his medical staff because Pakistan cricket’s medical staff is theworst in the world. He added that Flower is a great coach and will be theone to set Pakistan cricket back on track.
