Now that the launch of the iPhone 12 is out of the way, it is time forleaks on the iPhone 13 to start rolling in. The first reports of 2021suggested that the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max will feature LTPO OLED panelswith 120Hz refresh rates, most of which will be sourced from Samsung.
Now a newer report from Japanese media talks about the upcoming phone’sdesign instead. The report claims that the iPhone 13 is going to have thesame design once again, but it is going to be slightly thicker than theiPhone 12 with a smaller notch. The size of the notch will be reducedthanks to a position change of the top receiver.
The main camera will see a small change in appearance, but it will be justas thick as before. Apple will also reportedly put “sapphire glass” on topof the camera setup and make it look like a single camera unit unlikebefore. Perhaps this time it will be actual sapphire instead of slightlyreinforced glass.
Since the camera bump will be the same size as before, it is safe to assumethat the iPhone 12’s camera setup will appear on the iPhone 13, but with afew new features, knowing Apple.
