China has urged for broadly representative and inclusive futurearrangements for Afghanistan.
Speaking at the UN Security Council meeting, the Chinese Ambassador GengShuang said the international community should fully respect the will ofthe Afghan people, and ensure the Afghan-led and Afghan-owned negotiationprocess.
He said no external forces should be allowed to impose their will or seekgains.
