The fifth meeting of Joint Working Group on Industrial Cooperation underChina Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was virtually held today.

Executive Director General Board of Investment Khashih ur Rehman whoco-chaired the meeting said the framework agreement on CPEC IndustrialCooperation will create new avenues of cooperation.

The Chinese side appreciated the efforts undertaken by Pakistani side forindustrial cooperation between the two countries. They agreed to continueconsultation for the signing of the framework agreement at the earliest.
