Two-time Academy Award winner Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy has launched Pakistan’sfirst digital platform for minorities.
The website titled ‘White in the Flag’ takes the form of an interactivewebsite which aims to create a discourse through documenting their history,present and future in various forms.
Sharing details about the website on her instagram account, SharmeenObaid-Chinoy said the platform will also provide a major tool to students,activists and legislators researching the issues of minority groups. Thewebsite has an entire section dedicated to the narratives of minorities,featuring films and podcasts.
