Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed says Pakistan and Qatar has immensescope for trade and called for enhancing business ties between the twocountries.
He was talking to Qatari Prime Minister Khalid bin Khalifa in Doha today(Monday).
They also exchanges views about Pak-Qatar bilateral relations and tradepromotion including increase in Pakistani manpower and internal securityissues in Qatar.
Talking about regional situation, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said sustainablepeace in Afghanistan is a long-standing common objective of Pakistan andQatar and Islamabad appreciates Doha’s exemplary role in this regard.

He also handed over a special letter from Prime Minister Imran Khan toKhalid bin Khalifa, carrying a goodwill message to the people of bothcountries.
Shaikh Rashid also attended the Milipol Qatar International Exhibition andvisited the Pakistani stall and inspected the products. He will return toIslamabad on Wednesday.
