RAWALPINDI – Bernhard Stephan Schlagheck, German Ambassador to Pakistancalled on General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) at GHQ, onThursday.
According to the Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR), during the meetingmatters of mutual interest, overall regional situation, bilateralcooperation in various fields, and Afghan Peace Process were discussed.
COAS said that Pakistan attaches great importance to its relations withGermany. He also appreciated the holding of the 5th round of thePak-Germany strategic dialogue in September 2020 and expressed hope formutually benefiting bilateral relations.
