A terrorism case has been registered against Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf MPAand Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh.
According to the details, Police said that a case on the complaint of theSindh government has been registered at Memon Goth PS under terrorismcharges, aerial firing and creating a disturbance against Haleem AdilSheikh.
Sheikh will be produced before an anti-terrorism court (ATC) today, saidthe police.
It may be recalled the election commission took strict action againstHaleem Adil Sheikh for violating the code of conduct in the PS-88constituency during by elections.
The Election Commission had said that Haleem Adil Sheikh should be expelledfrom the constituency for walking around with official protocol and weapons.

Earlier, Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani had said that a terrorismcase should be registered against Haleem Adil Sheikh. He said that HaleemAdil Sheikh tried to influence the polling process and the ElectionCommission should notify the police.
