ISLAMABAD: The Austrian Foreign Minister (FM) is to arrive in Pakistantoday (Wednesday) on a four-day visit at the invitation of FM Shah MahmoodQureshi.
Austrian FM Alexander Schallenberg will stay in Pakistan from March 16 to19 accompanied by a trade delegation.
During the visit, Austrian FM will hold talks with Shah Mahmood Qureshi toexpand bilateral relationships in all fields as well as discuss regionaland global issues of importance.
The Austrian Foreign Minister is also expected to meet other dignitariesduring his visit.
A business roundtable is being organized where Austrian and Pakistanibusinessmen will get an opportunity to discuss prospective businessopportunities.
The Austrian Foreign Minister would also undertake a visit to Lahore.
The two countries have long-standing, cordial relations with growingcooperation in diverse fields.
The visit of the Austrian Foreign Minister to Pakistan is expected toimpart further impetus to the multifaceted Pakistan-Austria relationship.
