Nigerian Defence Minister Salihi Magashi called on Chief of Army StaffGeneral Qamar Javed Bajwa in Rawalpindi on Wednesday and discussed mattersof mutual interest, regional security situation and bilateral cooperation.
The Army Chief said Pakistan views Nigeria as a key country in Africancontinent and we appreciate its role towards regional peace.
The visiting dignitary appreciated Pakistan’s role in regional stabilityand ensured to play his role for further improvement in diplomaticcooperation with Pakistan at all levels.
