KARACHI – Pakistani captain Babar Azam has etched his name in history booksas he slammed triple digits against in-form Aussies on day 4 of the secondTest match.
Azam, who is considered one of the finest batsmen of this generation, hasbecome the first-ever Pakistani captain to score a Test century on a homeground.
The 27-year-old right-handed batsman achieved the feat of becoming thesecond Pakistan captain after former batting great Younis Khan to have everscored a ton in the fourth inning of a Test match. Khan, a cricketer turnedcoach, created history back in 2007 against archrival India.
