A Taliban delegation will hold talks with Western officials in Norway onhuman rights and humanitarian aid in Afghanistan.
According to Norwegian Foreign Ministry, Norway has invited representativesof the Taliban government to Oslo from 23 to 25 of this month.
Earlier this week, a Norwegian delegation visited Kabul for talks on theprecarious humanitarian situation in the country
