ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday reiterated that there is noneed to be worried about civil-military relations as they are “as good asanybody can expect”.
While chairing a meeting of the party spokespersons, he issued directivesto effectively highlight the achievements of the government to counter the“propaganda” being staged by the opposition.
The sources said that the prime minister was confident that his governmentwould be able to control the inflation as it has become major issue, whichthe opposition is constantly trying to exploit to defame the government.
“We know the people are suffering due to inflation, but we are not onlyaware of their sufferings but also trying our level best to control it togive relief to the common man,” he was quoted as saying.
They said that party spokespersons informed the prime minister about theproblems arising out of the skyrocketing the issue of inflation especiallythe constant increase in petroleum products.
