In Afghanistan, the Taliban forces held a military parade in Kabul in showof strength by using captured American-made armoured vehicles and Russianhelicopters today [Sunday].
In a statement, the defence ministry spokesman Enayatullah Khwarazmi saidthe parade is linked to graduation of 250 freshly trained soldiers.
He said pilots, mechanics and other specialists from the former AfghanNational Army are being integrated into a new force, which has also startedwearing conventional military uniforms.
