CPEC achieves another milestone project

In Sindh, 330 MW Thar Energy Limited Power Project Block-II is beingcompleted under China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

According to an official, the power plant would supply electricity to thenational grid under a 30-year Power Purchase Agreement.

Similarly, two more coal-fired power plants, Engro Thar Block II powerplant and Thal Nova are also being developed in Thar Block II.
