Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Nadeem Razalink has visited Russia to witnessExercise Peace link Mission-2021 in theambit of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), reported 24News HD TVchannel.
According to a statement issued by the ISPR on Saturday, the Chairman JCSCalso attended the meeting of the Chiefs of General Staff of the ArmedForces of SCO member states where the forum discussed the international andregional geopolitical environment with emphasis on the Afghanistanlink situation.
Activities of transnational terrorist organizations in various regions ofthe world were also discussed.
The Chairman JCSC while addressing the forum stated that Pakistan willcontinue to work with SCO to advance the shared objectives of peacelink, progress and stability in the regionlink, and beyond.
The Chairman JCSC also highlighted the unparalleled contributions of thePakistan Armed Forces towards global peacelink and immense sacrifices in war againstterrorism.

On the sidelines, Chairman JCSC also had bilateral engagements with GeneralValery V. Gerasimov, Chief of General Staff, Russian Federation and GeneralLi Zuocheng, Chief of Joint Staff, PLA China.
The Chairman JCSC said that Pakistan attaches great importance tofurthering bilateral defence cooperation with Russia and China and believesthat these countries would develop a meaningful and long-term strategicrelationship through enhanced cooperation.
