The United States has announced four million dollars reward for arrest ofsenior al-Qaeda leader Ibrahim Ahmed Mahmoud al-Qosi.
The State Department has announced it would provide the reward in returnfor information on the further identification or location of Ibrahim AhmedMahmoud al-Qosi.
