The federal government has paid the largest ever net hydel profit arrearsof twenty-five billion rupees to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.
According to details, this is first of two installments promised by federalgovernment under outstanding amount of net hydel profits.
Meanwhile, in a tweet today, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Minister TaimurSaleem Jhagra termed it proof of commitment of Prime Minister Imran Khanand Chief Minister Mahmood Khan to a fairer Pakistan to resolve the issueof the province.
