Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that ten new hydroelectricity generation projects would be completed in the country duringnext ten years for the provision of cheaper electricity to the people.
While addressing a function in Multan on Monday, he said Pakistan has thepotential of generating fifty thousand megawatt electricity throughrenewable energy.
The Foreign Minister said that the previous governments signed costlyagreements with IPPs.
