Spencer Cox, the governor of the US state of Utah, has appealed to thepublic to join in the collective prayer for rain during the recentdrought and said that only God can help us now.
According to media reports, Governor Spencer Cox said in a videomessage on Twitter that the situation has become quite dangerous dueto the drought.
He urged the citizens to use water sparingly to overcome the ongoingdrought and water scarcity in the state. He urged all the residents ofthe state to save water during bathing and other uses.

He also called for all necessary steps to prevent water leakage. Hesaid that we have taken steps to save water in the state but I amafraid that these efforts are not enough for our protection.
