ISLAMABAD- On achieving FATF targets, Pakistan made great strides on24 of 27 points. A detailed report will be sent to the FATF in thenext few days.
According to Finance Ministry sources, a special team will be formedto auction the properties of individuals and organizations involved inmoney laundering.
The team will include officers from 5 key departments as well asprivate and foreign experts.Exports, imports and remittances of Pakistanis abroad will bemonitored and cases will be set up if remittances are used insubversive activities.
