Former premier Imran Khan said the country needs an army so he will not sayanything that will harm the army. But, he said that the army was on boardduring his visit to Russia as before leaving for Russia, he made atelephonic contact with Chief Of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar JavedBajwa who said to him that we should go.
He also said that Russia was ready to give wheat and oil to Pakistan at 30per cent low rates to the international market.
While we were also told not to visit and to vote against Russia in theUnited Nations, Imran added.
Anyhow, he accepted that it was a mistake to file a reference againstJustice Faiz Issa, adding that there was also no need to go into a clashwith the judiciary unnecessarily.
