Positive development from Supreme Court on Presidential reference under Article 63A

The Supreme Court (SC) has fixed the Presidential Reference filed forinterpretation of Article 63A of the Constitution of Pakistan for hearing.

A five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar AtaBandial will hear the case on Monday, April 18, 2022.
