The Supreme Court link has returned thePakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf petition linkseeking link formation of a full-courtbench link the hearing of presidentiallinklink that has sought the interpretationof Article 63-A of the Constitution.
The SC registrar returned the petitionlink raising objection over it.
Earlier, the petition link was submittedby PTI link leader Babar Awan to the apex courtlink on Monday.

The petition link came after the historicruling of the Supreme Court link whichdeclared National Assembly Deputy Speaker’s ruling that blocked voting onopposition’s no-confidence motion unconstitutional thus paving way for thedislodging of Imran Khan’s government which had lost its majority in theparliament.
