The Imam of Al-Aqsa Mosque Sheikh Ikrama Sabri has termed Prime MinisterImran Khan as leader of the Muslim Ummah and praised his unwavering standon the issue of Palestine.
In a video call with Minister for Religious Affairs, Dr. Noor ul Haq Qadri,the Imam of Al Aqsa Mosque said no one supported Palestine issue in theclear and unambiguous words like Imran Khan.
He said Prime Minister Imran Khan raised an effective voice on thePalestine issue both in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and UnitedNations Security Council’s meetings.
The Imam said Imran Khan’s vigorous diplomacy and OIC foreign minister’sactions on the Gaza tension had won the hearts of the Palestinians.
