An accountability court Friday heard the petition for stay order againstthe auction link of the propertylink owned by former prime minister Nawazlink Sharif and sought further argumentsfrom the petitioner’s counsel on next hearing on April 28.
Petitioner Qazi Misbah Advocate adopted before the court that the processof auctioning the property link bechallenged if accused Nawaz linkreturned to the country.
“It is better to stop the auction link fora while,” he pleaded and requested that the court issue a stay orderagainst the auction link.
It merits a mention here that the court has ordered to auctionlink the properties of former primeminister Nawaz link Sharif.
However, there are petitions in the court by seven parties seeking a haltto the auction link of the propertylink. “The inheritance of the propertylink has been transferred. So, the courtshould reconsider its decision,” they say.

Accountability Court Judge Asad Ali had heard the petitions against theauction link.
