ISLAMABAD: On the verdict of the Supreme Court regarding dissolution of theNational Assembly, Federal Minister for Information and BroadcastingChaudhry Fawad Hussain on Friday said the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI)was mulling over different options including the review petition.
“The SC should review its verdict. There are big countries behind theno-confidence motion. The motion has been brought under an internationalconspiracy,” Fawad Chaudhry said in a statement.
He said a record of the global conspiracy behind the no-trust voting wouldbe presented before the members of the National Assembly.

He said the Supreme Court and parliament had their own functions. However,the top court’s ruling shifted the supreme power from the parliament to theSC. “The verdict has put parliament’s superiority at stake. The SC did nothave the content of the deputy speaker’s ruling,” he said.
