PML-N leader Hamza Shehbaz link willfile a constitutional petition link inthe Lahore High Court on Friday (tomorrow) seeking court order for holdingelection link of chief minister in thePunjab Assembly, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Punjab Assembly speaker, deputy speaker and others were made respondents inthe petition link, which prays that thepost of chief minister was vacant since April 1 and the court should ordersummoning of the assembly session and immediate electionlink of the CM.
It was also requested in the petition link todeclare as illegal the step to seal the Punjab Assembly gates.
Earlier, PML-N leader Attaullah Tarrar could not be able to submit thepetition link the PunjabAssembly as the diary branch of the Lahore high Court was closed Thursday.
