Swinging into his first action after becoming law minister, Chaudhry Fawadlink Hussain on Saturday also made a moveaimed at arresting Shehbaz link andHamza link Shehbazlink.
Newly-appointed Law Minister Fawad linkdirectives to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for the cancellationof bails of Shehbaz link Sharif,oppositon’s joint candidate for becoming next prime minister and Hamzalink Shehbazlink, Opposition’s candidate for Punjabchief ministership.
The court had extended the interim bails of both Shehbazlink and Hamzalink in the money laundering case untilApril 4.
After receiving the new directives, the FIAlink has initiated its work and will file anapplication in the court of FIA link specialjudge central in this regard, sources said.
The sources also said that Law Minister Fawadlink along with lawyers will himself appearin the FIA link court.
