Pakistani PM Imran Khan may be assassinated in a conspiracy plot

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Faisal Vawda has claimed thatPrime Minister (PM) Imran Khan’s life is in danger as a plot has beenhatched to assassinate him.

Speaking in a private TV channel programme, Vawda said that there was aplan to assassinate PM Imran Khan.

Vawda said PM Imran Khan has been advised to use a bulletproof shield whileaddressing the public gatherings but the PM said he will leave this worldat the time fixed by Almighty Allah.

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) stalwart said that Prime Minister ImranKhan is brave, he will not put the country at stake and will not let thenation bow down before anyone.

Vawda said: “There is a serious threat to Imran Khan’s life. I don’t knowwhether you were read that part (in the letter) about the consequences.That is life-threatening.”

“There has been a mention of assassinating Imran Khan,” Vawda added.

“Along with the vote of no-confidence, there is also a threat to his (PMImran’s) life. There (has been a mention) of assassination,” he said.

PM Imran Khan has a clear stance on the foreign policy of the country andadded that now Pakistan will not become part of anyone’s war, Faisal Vawdasaid and added that airbases of the country will not be given to anyone toattack our neighbouring countries.

He further said that those who have been leading the country are the assetsof the people, but sadly Pakistan’s foreign policy was changed on theorders of foreign masters in the past.

Vawda continued: “Imran Khan is a brave man. He will never sell off hiscountry. He will not sell off his nation. He will not take dollars. He willnot allow the use of bases and will not allow anyone to act as they will.”

“And its cost, till now, is the sarkar, that is the government, and hislife,” Vawda added.

The PTI leader said that threats to Imran Khan’s life existed even prior tohis election as the prime minister. “[At big rallies], we used to standbefore him as human shields. Agencies used to inform us that there arechances today [of Imran Khan being attacked],” he said.

Vawda further said: “We had asked the prime minister to share this (thethreats against his life) as well but he is brave and does not want topresent it as his weakness.”
