A court of India’s notorious National Investigation Agency (NIA) hasabsolved illegally detained Dukhtaran-e-Millat chairperson, Syeda AasiyaAndrabi, photojournalist Kamran Yousuf and vendor Javed Ahmad Butt of fakefunding charges filed against them by the dreaded agency.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the NIA’s Delhi court, in its March 16order, absolved photojournalist Kamran Yusuf, vendor Javed Ahmad Butt andSyeda Aasiya Andrabi.
The NIA had filed a case in 2017 and then filed the charge-sheet againstall the 17 Kashmiri leaders, claiming that they were conspiring to‘instigate general public to come on streets for Azaadi”.
The court, however, ordered framing of charges against the remaining 14Kashmiri leaders detained under various draconian laws like UnlawfulActivities Prevention Act.
Meanwhile, transporters have announced to observe a wheel-jam striketomorrow in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir againstanti-transporters’ policies of the Modi-led fascist Indian regime, beingadvanced by its local proxies.
The announcement was made by Kashmir Welfare Transporters WelfareAssociation, an amalgam of various transporters associations.
