Pakistani Rupee hits lowest level against the US dollar

The Pakistani Rupee (PKR) resumed its historic drop against the US Dollar(USD) and reported losses in the interbank market today. The local currencylost five paisas against the greenback despite hitting an intra-day low ofRs. 182.15 against the USD during today’s open market session.

It depreciated by 0.03 percent against the USD and closed at Rs. 181.78today after halting losses and closing at Rs. 181.73 in the interbankmarket on Thursday, 24 March.
