Pakistani Rupee falls further against US dollar hitting a new historic low

The US dollar has refused to budge down as it continues its upwardtrajectory by gaining Rs1.19 in its value in the interbank trading onFriday.

According to forex dealers, during the morning session, the US currency wasappreciated by Rs1.19 reaching the historic high of Rs228 by 11am in theinterbank trading.

Yesterday, the greenback registered an increase of Rs1.89 and closed atRs226.81.
