ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed for hearing apetition against the appointment of Hanif Abbasi as Special Assistantto the Prime Minister.
In the petition, the federation has been made a party through thecabinet secretary and Muhammad Hanif Abbasi.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Athar Minallah will hear thepetition against the appointment of Hanif Abbasi as Special Assistantto the Prime Minister. Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rashid hasfiled a petition against Hanif Abbasi.
