*LAHORE – Justice Asjad Javed Kharaal of Lahore High Court (LHC) hasrescued himself from hearing PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz passport returncase.*
New bench had been formed of to hear plea. Justice Ali Baqir Najfi andJustice Asjad Javed Kharaal were part of that bench. Justice Asjad JavedKharaal rescued himself from hearing the plea because of his personalreasons.
It is pertinent to mention here that third bench has been dissolved to hearthe plea of Maryam Nawaz passport case. Once again Maryam Nawaz remainedunable to go to perform Umrah.
