Aitzaz Ahsan said that Chief Justice Pakistan is expected not to leaveuncertainty behind. According to details, leader of the People’s Party andsenior lawyer Aitzaz Ahsan, while talking to the media, said that thecurrent situation is very bad, the Supreme Court and High Court decisionsare not being accepted. An attempt is being made to run the country withoutthe constitution. Elections were not held in Punjab and KPK within 90 days,which were against the Supreme Court’s orders. They revealed that ChiefJustice Pakistan’s retirement is only 12 days away, and Chief Justice OmarAta Bandial should make important decisions before retiring. ChiefJustice’s role is crucial to get out of this situation, and it is hopedthat Chief Justice Pakistan will not leave uncertainty behind.
Aitzaz Ahsan had said that the Constitution states that elections cannotbe held beyond 90 days. A Gol Maiz conference was held on April 15, and adecision on future action was made in consultation with lawyers and leadersin this conference. There has been a steep increase in inflation, and thecaretaker government is not caretaking but chairing. The chairpersongovernment has failed to control electricity and sugar prices.
Meanwhile, Latif Khosa said that the prices of petrol and electricity haveincreased in the country. Lawyers will start the movement from Peshawar andcarry it out across the country. If elections are held within 90 days,issues will be resolved. The caretaker government is also presenting thesequence of the former government.
