The Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered the release of PTI leader andformer Punjab chief minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.
Pervaiz Elahi was produced in the court of Justice Muhammad Amjad Rafiquewho heard the case of non-implementation of court order of not to arrestthe former chief minister.
Taking up Pervaiz Elahi’s plea, Justice Amjad Rafique inquired did anyonetell the accountability court that the intra-court appeal has beendismissed.
The NAB prosecutor said he has no knowledge of it.
